| "CHI VUOI ELIMINARE ?" Il Gruppo Sinestetico pone l'attenzione sul concetto dell'eliminazione. Eliminazione come metodo di selezione o come ipotetico metodo di autoeliminazione in un sistema dove il concetto artistico si autoalimenta e in un certo senso si rende immortale. Nelle performance l'autoeliminazione è vista con ironia, con sottili riferimenti ai luoghi comuni e alla quotidiana visione mediatica. A mezzo video o fotografico, le immagini prodotte sono appositamente elaborate per evidenziare tale visione: la selezione dell'individuo. Chi vuoi eliminare? Domanda ricorrente nei talk-show televisivi. Eliminare una realtà o una finzione? Eliminazione fisica o virtuale? Una selezione naturale condita da esibizionismi o da ismi artistici? the 2nd of June 2007 WHO DO YOU WANT TO ELIMINATE? The Sinestetico Group places the attention on the concept of the elimination. Elimination like method of selection or like hypothetical method of self-shedding in a system where the artistic concept self-feeding and in a certain sense becomes immortal. In the performances the self-shedding is seen with irony, with subtle references to the common places and the daily mediatic vision. The produced photographic and video images are elaborated specially in order to evidence such vision: the selection of the individual. Who you want to eliminate? Recurrent question in the talk-show television. To eliminate one truth or one fiction? Physical or virtual elimination? One natural selection seasoned with exhibitionisms or artistic 'isms'?
